Stirling Estate Lamb is based in Capel, in the South West of Western Australia.

We offer premium prime lamb and hogget from our Stirling Estate farm paddocks delivered to your home.

Individually selected, prime quality lambs and yearlings are grass fed from the on the lush pastures on the banks of the Capel River.

Our Wiltipoll breed is an outstanding meat sheep, known for its fat consistency, beautiful flavour, wonderful texture and tenderness.
